Welcome to Lindaria AB ("we", "our", "us"). We provide a software platform designed to support brands in managing, creating, publishing, and optimizing social media and influencer marketing content and campaigns. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal data when you use our website, platform, and services (the "Service"), including data collected through integrations with third-party providers such as Meta (including Instagram and Facebook), TikTok, and AI service providers.

2. Information We Collect

We collect and process the following types of information:

  • User-provided data: Names, email addresses, account credentials, company and role, and preferences.
  • Campaign-related data: Data provided by customers about campaigns, including campaign briefs, influencer selections, content, and ROI goals.
  • Social media data: With your explicit permission, we access and process data from connected social media accounts, including:
    • Meta Platforms (Instagram, Facebook): via the Meta Graph API — including Instagram Business account information, media (photos and videos) you create or publish through our platform, engagement statistics, and performance/insights data.
    • TikTok: via the TikTok for Developers API.
  • Content you create for publishing: Photos, videos, captions, and related metadata that you create or upload in our platform for publishing to your connected accounts.
  • AI-generated content: Campaign suggestions, performance analysis, and insights generated using AI service providers, based on the data you provide.
  • Usage and technical data: IP address, browser, device information, access times, and navigation history on our platform.

3. How We Use the Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve our platform and services
  • Create, schedule, and publish content to your connected social media accounts on your behalf
  • Analyze influencer performance and campaign ROI
  • Generate content and recommendations using AI
  • Facilitate integrations with social media platforms
  • Offer customer support and manage your account
  • Conduct research and product development
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

4. Content Publishing

When you connect your Instagram Business account (or other supported social media account), you can use our platform to create and publish organic photo and video posts to your own connected account, on your behalf. To provide this functionality, we use the Instagram Graph API, including the instagram_content_publish permission.

The content you create and the associated account information are processed solely to deliver this publishing functionality — for example, to upload media, attach captions, and publish posts that you have reviewed and approved. We do not publish content without your action, and we do not use your connected account for any purpose you have not authorized.

5. Meta Platform Data

Data obtained through Meta's APIs ("Platform Data") is collected, used, and stored in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies, and only to provide the features you have authorized. We do not sell Platform Data, and we do not transfer it to third parties except to the service providers strictly necessary to operate the Service (see Section 7).

You can disconnect your Instagram or Facebook account and revoke our access at any time — either from within our platform or via your Meta account settings (Settings → Business Integrations / Apps and Websites). Revoking access stops any further data collection and publishing on your behalf.

6. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

We process your data based on:

  • Your consent, particularly for connecting social media accounts and publishing content on your behalf
  • Contractual necessity, to deliver our services
  • Our legitimate interests, such as analyzing usage patterns or improving product features
  • Legal obligations, including tax and compliance requirements

7. Sharing of Information

We may share your data with:

  • Third-party service providers, such as:
    • AI service providers (for AI-driven content generation and analysis)
    • Meta and TikTok (as integration partners and sources of performance data, with your permission)
    • Hosting, analytics, and customer service providers
  • Clients, when you explicitly opt to share campaign-related data
  • Authorities, if required by law
  • Acquirers, in the case of a business merger or acquisition

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

8. AI Usage and Disclosure

Our platform uses AI service providers to generate campaign content and analytics insights. Campaign data and prompts you provide may be transmitted to these providers to generate useful outputs. We do not send Platform Data obtained through Meta's APIs, or personal identifiers, to third-party AI providers. The applicable AI provider's data usage policies apply to data we transmit to them.

9. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services, or as required by applicable laws. Upon account deletion or disconnection of a social media account, we will delete or anonymize the associated data, except where we are legally obligated to retain it.

10. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data, including any data obtained through connected social media accounts, at any time by:

Disconnecting your Instagram or Facebook account also stops further collection of Platform Data and triggers deletion or anonymization of the related data, except where retention is legally required.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccuracies in your data
  • Request deletion or restriction of your data
  • Object to certain processing activities
  • Withdraw consent at any time

12. International Data Transfers

Our services may involve processing your data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. We use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure your data is protected.

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience and analyze usage. You can manage cookies in your browser or opt out via our cookie banner.
