Who Can Request Deletion?
You can request deletion of your data if you:
- Have an account on our platform
- Have previously interacted with our services (e.g., via campaigns, demos, or trials)
- Are an influencer or customer whose data has been processed in our system
How to Request Deletion
To submit a deletion request, please email us at:
Include the following information in your request:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account or interaction
- A clear statement that you wish to have your personal data deleted
- (Optional) The reason for your request
This information helps us verify your identity and locate your data in our systems.
Disconnecting a Connected Social Media Account
You can also disconnect your Instagram or Facebook account at any time — either from within our platform or via your Meta account settings (Settings → Business Integrations / Apps and Websites). Disconnecting your account revokes our access, stops any further data collection or publishing on your behalf, and triggers deletion or anonymization of the associated Meta Platform Data (except where retention is legally required).
What Happens Next?
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 7 days.
- Your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days (unless legal obligations require us to retain certain data).
- You will receive a confirmation once the deletion process is complete.
What Will Be Deleted?
We will delete:
- Your user account and profile information
- Campaign-related data linked to your identity
- AI-generated insights related to your activity
- Data obtained through your connected Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok accounts, including any content, account information, and insights retrieved via their APIs
Please note:
- Some aggregated or anonymized data may be retained for internal reporting and platform integrity.
- If your data is part of a shared campaign with a client, we may notify them of the deletion to maintain data consistency.
